SettlePair is free while in beta
There is only one plan during the beta: open the workbench, reconcile your CSVs, and export the result. No subscription tiers, no usage limits, and no payment collected. SettlePair will introduce paid plans after the beta; if that ever affects you, you will be told before anything changes and nothing will be charged without your agreement.

Browser-only means no billing relationship
SettlePair runs entirely in your browser tab. A free beta account is needed to import your own files — it holds your email address only — but there is no subscription to manage and no payment method to enter. Files are parsed locally and never uploaded. Unless you ask otherwise, they are held in memory for the session and discarded when you refresh or close the tab.
The one exception is opt-in: if you choose to save a session, it is kept on your own device, never on our servers, expires after 30 days, and can be wiped in one click from the workbench footer. Because nothing financial is uploaded or stored by us, there is no metered usage to bill. The demo uses fictional sample data; the live workbench uses your own CSV exports and never transmits them anywhere.
What is not included
SettlePair does not connect to banks or accounting systems, does not store anything about your books on its servers, and does not post entries to your books. A saved session, if you opt into one, lives only on your own device and can be wiped in one click. It is a review aid: you export the reviewed reconciliation and record it yourself.
